Punctuality & Appointment Etiquette

To ensure a smooth and timely experience for all clients, we kindly request you arrive on time for your appointment. Sessions will end at their scheduled slot to prevent delays for the next client. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment while the full fee will still apply.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We require a 12-hour notice for any cancellations or schedule changes so we can accommodate other clients on our waitlist. Cancellations can be made via call, WhatsApp at 0332-9994774, or email at contact@theskinsthetics.com.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full.

Children Policy

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the treatment area unless accompanied by a guardian or nanny. They must remain in the designated kids’ area during your session. Kindly inform our team in advance if you plan to bring a child along.

Phone Usage

To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we request that mobile phones be kept on silent. Please avoid loud conversations during your visit to respect the tranquility of fellow clients.

No Smoking / Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the Skinsthetics Beauty Lab premises. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Personal Belongings

Please ensure you collect all personal items before leaving. Skinsthetics Beauty Lab cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.

Retail Purchases & Returns

All beauty and skincare products must be paid for at the time of purchase. We offer a 24-hour exchange or refund policy provided the product is unused, sealed in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
